It was ok
The breakfast was good and the room was decent .location was good too
We paid for the ocean view room but they gave us a room with a massive pillar with barely any view . When I asked the staff , he said you can get ocean view tomorrow not today but you have to leave your luggage in the lobby , check out at 11 and check back in after 3pm . I was like in my head why do I have to go through that hassle when I actually paid for the view so please do not charge people extra for the view when you can’t offer

If come back to Jeju, I sure will stay this hotel again.
The location is very good. View is nice. House keeping staffs very nice.
The shampoo and conditioner are combined. I prefer separate type.

The room was not set up for 3 pax. There was not enough side table for 3 pax .

Location was great, Room was clean.
Excellent location, convenient stores and restaurants nearby, room was clean. There was hair under the plug in the sink, but was cleared the next day (not a complaint, Good value for money for the room size + balcony + ocean view, and clean towel. For the room rates, I am okay with no toothbrush etc provided, or no mini-bar or minimal tea bags/coffee sachets. Room cleaning was adequate with change of towels, beds made and bin emptied, this is a 4-star hotel and I did not expect them to rearrange my toiletries or fold my dirty clothes (try MO). I had issue with the partial ocean view the first night and the staff resolved this quickly with a change of room the next day, no fuss no arguments. Hotel staff were efficient and professional, maybe one or two did not smile, but the tone was always polite and soft.
The closet layout did not include drawers, not sure how to serve a room designed for 3. The room on the second night has electrical points right above the left side of the double bed where you sleep. Room wall was thin, can hear people closing/ slamming doors, water pipes sound in the bathroom as well.
